Hashemi began his artistic career at the age of 12 and his activity continues to this day.

From acting to directing :

 Nima Hashemi was very interested in directing and acting since childhood. At the age of 11، she took an acting course with Majid Zarezadeh in Karaj. After that ، she studied with Alireza Khamseh and received her independent acting degree. Then ، at the age of 12، because she could not get a job or a role anywhere ، she entered the theater as a preparation. After that ، she became the fourth assistant director. This story continued and she was present behind the scenes of many works until she got her first role in the play Towards Honor ، where she played the role of a statue without dialogue and was only motionless and still. After that ، a year later ، she became the first assistant director in the play You Are Right and got a small role with only one dialogue. After that ، she entered the cinema as an assistant director. After gradually ، after assisting in many prestigious projects ، she was able to get supporting roles. After gaining a lot of experience in directing ، she made her first official work called Nazanins Doctor ، which was performed in the Neuflochatto mansion ، which is one of the most prestigious in Tehran. It was here that  Nima Hashemi became known as "Irans youngest director" and after that she produced many great works with actors.

One of the jobs Im really proud of was being in ، and the reason for that is that I was the assistant director and an actor in a job that was approved by Italy and the group was invited to the embassy ، but unfortunately the group didnt make it to Italy due to the high cost of travel and hotels.

According to Hashemi ، its very interesting that even he didnt know about his role in that series and he says that he auditioned and played in many places during those years ، and he found out about it on websites after 2 years of the series being aired.

Midnight Art Group and Nima Hashemis Talent Search :

Nima Hashemi before the doctor  Nazanin started the Midnight Art Group ، and at first it was supposed to be just a simple group ، but after the play Nazanins Doctor ، Midnight was incredibly well-received by the public ، and requests to join the group increased dramatically. Nima Hashemi decided to expand the group. Today ، Midnight Art Group is one of the largest art groups in Iran ، and they stage several works a year with new talents ، many of whom are their students. Sometimes they hold casting calls before the work ، and in each work ، at least 5 new talents enter the field. According to Nima Hashemi ، one of the reasons for this is that she does not want someone who is truly talented to stray from their goals and dreams because no one did this for them when they were children ، and this caused them to lag behind by 7 years.
